Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Concierge to join our onsite team. You will welcome visitors, support front-of-house operations, and liaise with hosts to ensure meetings run smoothly. A strong focus on service and professional communication is essential.

You will contribute to maintaining a secure, welcoming environment, handle calls, and work closely with the Building Management team to coordinate tasks and parking, supporting a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all visitors promptly using proper protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the building and reception areas.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception and meeting suites, and contact hosts as needed.
• Know policies, systems and developments to assist staff and visitors.
