Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Officer to join our on-site team in Maidstone. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, supporting building operations, and delivering high-quality security and concierge service in reception areas.

Key duties include maintaining knowledge of policies, assisting hosts, and coordinating with Building Management to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to respond to issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all visitors promptly using correct protocols.
• Day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain an exceptional level of service in reception areas and meeting suites, including contacting hosts.
• Provide staff and visitors with information as required by knowing policies and systems.
• Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner and transfer to the appropriate personnel or take messages.
• Maintain close working relationships with Building Management and coordinate efforts.
• Control car parking and ensure visitors use allocated bays.
