Bidvest Noonan seeks a Front of House Receptionist to serve at our client's premises. You will provide an efficient, polite and welcoming reception for telephone and personal callers to The Mall management suite, delivering high-quality customer service to clients and service users.

The role requires excellent timekeeping, professional presentation and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, remaining calm in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or front desk experience.
• Calm under pressure with strong communication.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent relationships with retailers and mall management.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and timely responses to queries.
• Answer all calls promptly and direct to appropriate parties.
• Keep reception area tidy and ensure information leaflets are available.
• Support mall management and team during emergencies.
