Thames Water Ltd seeks a PMO Systems & Reporting Manager to own strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO tooling and reporting. You will lead data governance, ensure data quality, and define technical changes in partnership with IT and vendors.

You will develop enterprise Power BI models, automate reporting pipelines, and provide expert guidance to PMO teams and project professionals. Hybrid role in Reading area.

Formación

• Significant experience administering enterprise PMO/PPM systems and governance.
• Experience designing data environments, standards, and reporting structures.
• Advanced Power BI solutions experience used by senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and train PMO teams on systems and data best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
• Define configuration, workflows, integrations, and system changes for PMO tooling.
• Ensure PMO data is accurate, consistent, and fit for decision-making.
• Develop enterprise reporting models, dashboards, and automated insight products.
