Thames Water is seeking a Transformation Governance & Reporting Specialist to drive governance, reporting and portfolio management across a broad transformation portfolio. The role offers exposure to senior leaders, delivery teams and stakeholders, helping ensure programmes remain aligned and delivering outcomes for customers and the environment.

You will produce executive portfolio reporting, support the Executive Transformation MBR, translate data into insights and continuously improve

Qualificações

• Experience in PMO, Portfolio Management Office, Governance or Transformation environments.
• Experience creating reports and management packs for senior stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining governance artefacts such as risk registers and action logs.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Produce clear, timely portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders including Executive and Board audiences.
• Support the generation of key transformation reporting such as the Executive Transformation Monthly Business Review (MBR).
• Translate complex information into concise business insights.
• Manage and improve governance processes including risk management and change control.
• Support portfolio performance tracking and identify emerging risks, issues and opportunities.
• Coordinate governance meetings, reporting cycles and transformation activities across the portfolio.
• Track actions, evidence and outcomes as part of assurance and governance.
• Maintain and improve governance documentation and reporting templates.
