Job summary

Thames Water, based in Reading, is seeking a Transformation Governance & Reporting Specialist to support governance, reporting and portfolio management across a major transformation programme. You will produce clear portfolio reporting for executive audiences, track progress and ensure decisions are properly recorded, with hybrid work at Clearwater Court, Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience within PMO or portfolio governance environments.
• Ability to produce reports and management packs for senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting governance frameworks, controls and reporting processes.
• Experience maintaining governance artefacts such as risk registers and decision logs.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, timely portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support the production of key transformation reporting, including the Executive Monthly Business Review (MBR).
• Translate complex information into concise insights for leadership.
• Manage and improve governance processes including risk management and change control.
• Track portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate governance meetings and reporting cycles across the portfolio.
• Track actions, evidence and outcomes as part of assurance activities.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting templates.
