Job summary
Thames Water is seeking a PMO Systems & Reporting Manager to own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms. You will act as the technical authority for PMO tooling, defining workflows, integrations, and configurations to strengthen governance and portfolio insight.
This role sits in the PMO team and focuses on data governance, quality assurance, and automated insight products, while leading system upgrades in partnership with IT and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Significant experience administering, configuring, and enhancing enterprise PMO or PPM systems, incl. workflows and integrations.
- Experience governing portfolio data environments, data standards, validation & reporting structures.
- Advanced experience developing Power BI solutions, semantic models, automated datasets and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
- Act as SME for PMO tooling; define configuration, workflows, integrations, and system changes.
- Develop automated reporting pipelines and robust data structures for senior stakeholders.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and technical change in partnership with IT and vendors.
