South East Water is seeking a Portfolio Data and Reporting Lead to translate complex project data into actionable insights for stakeholders. You will act as a data guardian within the central PMO, ensuring integrity and a single source of truth across a £1billion Capital Programme.

You’ll design the PMO’s reporting framework, deliver executive-ready materials, and empower self-service analytics through dashboards and automated data collection.

Qualifications

• Relevant training in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Information Management.
• Advanced data visualization and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the PMO’s reporting framework for standard content, frequency, and audiences.
• Gather and aggregate data from planning, controls, and risk functions to create a holistic portfolio view.
• Transform data sets into clear visual dashboards (Power BI) for self-service access by stakeholders.
• Develop and execute materials for Board updates and reviews.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and trust.
• Manage the PMO reporting calendar and communications for timely information.
• Analyse trends and variances to provide actionable insights, not dumps.
• Automate data collection to reduce admin burden on delivery teams.
• Adapt reporting structures during crises for high-frequency executive updates.
