Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise PMO/PPM systems, including workflows and integrations.
• Ability to govern portfolio data environments with standards and data lineage.
• Expert-level Power BI development with dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence PMO teams and provide guidance on data best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
• Act as the organisation’s subject matter expert for PMO tooling, defining configuration, workflows, integrations, and system changes.
• Ensure PMO systems support effective portfolio governance, delivery oversight, and management insight.
• Provide expert-level guidance to PMO teams and project professionals on systems, reporting standards, and best practice.
