Job summary

Preston Partnership invites applications for a PMO support role within the council's Programme Management Office. The post holder will help with performance, project and programme management, and transformation, coordinating reporting on projects and KPIs to improve service delivery.

You will bring experience in performance reporting, project support, and coordinating management information, plus a degree and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high standard of IT literacy.
To be a self-starter and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Support performance management using KPIs for all services across the Council.
Coordinate the process for reviewing and reporting on council projects.
Support development and delivery of training on the Council's Performance Management Framework and Programme/Project Management Methodology.
Support the development and implementation of the council’s transformation plan and change programme.
Lead small transformation projects across the council, using the latest tools and techniques.
