Job summary

Roc Search Europe Limited is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a major data and transformation programme in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on governance, reporting and financial tracking, working closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive improvements to PMO processes, enable consistent ways of working across projects, and support adoption of project management tools within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience improving processes and ways of working.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

£50,000-£55,000 + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant data and transformation programme.

This is a key role supporting programme delivery, improving governance and reporting, and working closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Governance, reporting and financial tracking
• Supporting programme assurance, RAID and risk management
• Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes
• Supporting consistent ways of working across projects and programmes
• Working with delivery teams to improve reporting and visibility
• Supporting the adoption and effective use of project management tools

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience improving processes and ways of working
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Experience within healthcare, public sector or another complex/regulated environment would be advantageous.
