Job summary

Sellick Partnership is hiring a PMO Analyst to join our PMO team in Bolton. You will support governance, portfolio reporting, and PMO operations, ensuring project documentation aligns with governance standards.

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience in a PMO, project support, or project coordination environment.
  • Knowledge of project governance, controls, and PMO best practices.
  • Experience using portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow or similar systems.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and governance documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder-relations abilities.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent organisational skills with managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration and continuous improvement of PMO systems and tools, including portfolio management platforms and SharePoint.
  • Maintain and update PMO governance documentation, including frameworks, templates, handbooks, and training materials.
  • Review project and portfolio information to ensure governance compliance and PMO processes.
  • Support governance meetings and portfolio boards by validating documentation and maintaining project trackers.
  • Produce portfolio reports, dashboards, and management information for oversight and decision-making.
  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to improve project data quality and governance compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO reporting, tools, and processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support across the PMO.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PMO Analyst to join a growing organisation and play a key role in supporting project governance, portfolio reporting, and PMO operations.

Working within the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help ensure projects are delivered in line with governance standards by maintaining project documentation, supporting portfolio reporting, and improving PMO processes. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide accurate reporting, monitor compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, analytical, and looking to develop their career within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of PMO systems and tools, including portfolio management platforms and SharePoint.
