Job summary

Roc Search Europe Limited is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive data and transformation initiatives in West Yorkshire with a hybrid working model. You will oversee governance, reporting and financial tracking across the programme and collaborate with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving PMO processes, RAID and risk management, and ensuring consistent ways of working across projects.

Qualifications

• PMO, portfolio, programme or project management experience.
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience improving processes and ways of working.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

We're looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant data and transformation programme.

This is a key role supporting programme delivery, improving governance and reporting, and working closely with delivery, commercial and senior stakeholder teams.

You'll be responsible for:

• Governance, reporting and financial tracking
• Supporting programme assurance, RAID and risk management
• Identifying and implementing improvements to PMO processes
• Supporting consistent ways of working across projects and programmesWorking with delivery teams to improve reporting and visibility
• Supporting the adoption and effective use of project management tools

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience within PMO, portfolio, programme or project management
• Strong governance, reporting and assurance experience
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience improving processes and ways of working
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools

Experience within healthcare, public sector or another complex/regulated environment would be advantageous.
