Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a PMO – Programme professional to lead governance, planning, and reporting across its Commercial Transformation Programme. You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks and resources, delivering insight-led updates to senior leadership and boards.

The role is hybrid, with on-site days and a focus on delivering strategic outcomes through effective portfolio management and delivery standards.

Qualifications

Strong PMO/portfolio management experience.
Ability to develop integrated portfolio plans and critical path analysis.
Experience presenting to executives with clear, insight-led reporting.
Track record of risk, issue, and resource management.
Ability to establish governance controls and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, planning, and oversight of the Commercial Transformation Programme portfolio.
Develop integrated portfolio plans and identify cross-functional dependencies.
Provide senior leaders with clear, insight-led reporting for strategic decisions.
Drive portfolio-wide risk, issue, and resource management activities.
Establish and improve portfolio controls and delivery standards.
