Additionally, you will lead capability-building, workforce planning and knowledge management to sustain improvement and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and oversee the Trust's PMO to deliver a high-quality programme, project and portfolio management service.
• Establish and maintain an effective PMO operating model aligned with priorities and financial sustainability.
• Develop and apply standards, policies, methodologies and assurance frameworks across the organisation.
