Job summary

The Consultancy Group is seeking a PMO Portfolio Lead to partner with the VP of Transformation and shape a consolidated 10-year transformation roadmap. This global role supports delivery across business units and works with a high-profile executive team.

You will provide programme-level oversight, drive alignment of strategic objectives with operations, and manage governance forums, risks, and interdependencies in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic programme management within large corporates.
• Background in transformation delivery, ideally post-merger or integration contexts.
• Ex-MBB or Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at C-suite level.
• Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with strategic acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Transformation Office to design and maintain a unified transformation roadmap across business units.
• Provide programme-level oversight and PM support to cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery.
• Facilitate governance forums, reporting cycles, and executive updates.
• Identify interdependencies, risks, and opportunities across the transformation portfolio.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
