System C is seeking a Head of PMO to lead the Professional Services Portfolio Management Office, establishing it as a high-performing function that strengthens governance, insight and delivery performance.

You will work closely with senior leaders while remaining connected to delivery realities, creating consistency across the portfolio and driving evidence-based decision making for better customer and business outcomes.

Formación

• Proven leadership of a PMO or portfolio office, delivering governance and controls.
• Experience managing complex project and programme portfolios with senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, assurance and project control expertise.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and portfolio reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead portfolio governance, assurance and review practices.
• Provide insight into portfolio health, risks and delivery confidence.
• Challenge forecasts, capacity constraints and delivery performance.
• Strengthen oversight of dependencies, risks and change activity.
• Define and deliver the PMO maturity roadmap.
• Develop predictive portfolio insight and value tracking.
• Drive automation, tooling and improved information flows.
