Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PMO leadership or senior project coordination roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices within PMO functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO operations and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate projects and align delivery with organisational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain resourcing models and oversee resource planning.
  • Conduct project health checks and RAID reviews.
  • Manage forecasting and capacity planning for project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage Project Board meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
  • Provide guidance and support to PMO Analysts and project teams.
  • Lead PMO team members, ensuring effective performance.
  • Review and improve PMO processes for efficiency and governance.

Skills

Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in coaching and guiding team members
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

Education

Desirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2
