Job summary

JLL’s graduate programme offers hands-on experience while pursuing a professional qualification. You’ll join a 2–3 year trainee programme, working toward Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with RICS.

If you lack an RICS-accredited degree, you’ll complete a fully funded MSc in Construction Management as part of the journey. The PMO Graduate role supports the delivery of complex programmes, governance, reporting and stakeholder management while developing core project management skills

Qualifications

• Degree – Minimum 2:2 (predicted or achieved) in any degree discipline
• You’ll have a curious mindset to learn and grow with us
• You’ll be passionate and eager to contribute ideas and challenge yourself
• You’ll have an interest in the property industry and its future
• You’ll connect with others easily and build strong relationships
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
• Effective written and verbal communication with diverse audiences
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO team in coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams
• Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining project documents
• Prepare programme status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Collect, analyse, and present programme data to monitor progress against KPIs
• Engage with stakeholders and help facilitate workshops
