Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom offers a graduate programme designed to develop future project management professionals through a 2-3 year trainee pathway toward RICS Chartered Surveyor status. The programme includes a fully funded MSc in Construction Management if needed, with structured support from Early Careers and a buddy system.

You will rotate within the Project Management team, gain hands-on experience across project lifecycles, and build client relationships while learning to manage

Qualifications

• Degree – 2:2 minimum in Construction Management, Construction Project Management or similar.
• You’ll be curious and eager to learn and grow with us.
• Interest in the property industry and future of real estate.
• Strong relationship-building across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Rotating exclusively within the Project Management team to gain a variety of project types.
• Take ownership of real work and help clients achieve their ambitions.
• Attend site visits and monitor contractor progress.
• Support meeting notes, actions, and project documentation.
• Participate in regular training to develop business skills and technical knowledge.
