Job summary

JLL is offering a structured APC programme to become a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). Over 2-3 years you will gain experience across professional and project work with APC support from Chartered Surveyors, building competencies for chartership.

You will join a team of Chartered Building Surveyors, attend client meetings, visit properties for inspections and develop expertise in reports, schedules, and project coordination as part of a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying accredited by RICS.
• Interest in property industry and shaping its future.
• Strong written communication for report writing and client deliverables.
• Excellent time management for fast-paced commercial property consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Work with Chartered Building Surveyors and office network.
• Attend client meetings with experienced surveyors.
• Visit properties for inspections and desktop research.
• Prepare inspection reports including due diligence, defects, maintenance, reinstatement costs.
• Assist with schedules of dilapidations and tender procedures.
• Support Contract Administrator on construction projects and site inspections.
