Job summary

ISS Facility Services is seeking a PMO Coordinator to join the UK&I Project team, supporting the Critical Security Infrastructure project and BAU tasks. The role requires strong IT, leadership, and coordination skills to interface with diverse teams and stakeholders across the UK.

You will manage PMO tools, generate reports, track risks and costs, and ensure standards and templates are followed. Travel is required and NEC4 contracts familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong IT and coordination skills with ability to interface with diverse teams.
• Intermediate Excel competency and data accuracy in PMO logs.
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication to coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO tools (Monday.com, CEMAR) and maintain project documentation.
• Generate status reports and update risk, issue, and task logs.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate resources, including training requirements.
• Support project timelines, milestones, and governance adherence.
• Develop and maintain PMO templates, charters, and meeting minutes.
• Serve as central information point for project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure PO, timesheets, and cost tracking align with programme timelines.
• Present progress reports and executive briefings to stakeholders.
• Travel required; manage relationships with sponsors, executives, clients and vendors.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts.
