Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a PMO/Reporting Analyst to support governance, reporting cycles and data‑driven programme controls. You will work with project teams and the PMO Manager to ensure robust datasets, documentation and transparent reporting.

You will gain hands‑on experience in major infrastructure programmes, developing skills in PMO processes, data quality and stakeholder communication within a structured delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO environments with structured information and reporting.
• Ability to analyse data to create management information for stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support governance activities, reporting cycles and stakeholder coordination.
• Consolidate data to provide insights into programme performance and dashboards.
• Help improve PMO processes, data quality and reporting efficiency.
