CACI Information Intelligence Group, part of CACI UK, is seeking a PMO Coordinator to support inflight projects from our UK offices or from home. You will help ensure projects are delivered in a controlled, consistent and commercially effective manner, maintaining project controls, governance and timely management information.
The role requires experience supporting Agile projects, tracking schedules, risks, issues, actions and dependencies, plus an understanding of PMO governance and budgeting.

You can work from one of our 6 offices in the UK (Bristol, Cheltenham, Manchester, London, Cardiff or York) or from home, you decide. The role will require occasional travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers.
Working as part of the central PMO team, you will be providing essential support directly to several inflight projects. The PMO team are responsible for supporting Project Managers, Delivery Leads and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered in a controlled, consistent and commercially effective manner. You will be responsible for maintaining project controls, supporting governance processes, tracking delivery performance, managing risks and issues, and producing timely management information to support decision-making. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will promote PMO best practice, drive process improvements and help maintain high standards of project delivery across the business. The Fit:
We are looking for a PMO Coordinator who has previous experience supporting Agile based projects including tracking project schedules, risks, issues, actions and dependencies. You will have understanding of project management principles, methodologies and governance, able to monitor project financials and budgets. With excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, you will enjoy working in collaborative environments and working autonomously.
Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
