• Evidence of building PMO capability or bringing structure to fragmented governance.
• Confident working directly with C-suite and senior leadership teams.
• Understanding AI and automation opportunities in organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the PMO function aligned to growth and transformation.
• Provide executive-level oversight across portfolio delivery, priorities, dependencies, risks, resources and financials.
• Establish clear reporting for leadership with visibility of portfolio performance.
• Shape new ways of working as AI tools and automation embed across teams.
• Lead organisational change to support AI adoption, focusing on people and culture.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing PMO team.
