Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Programme Management Office to lead AI & Transformation initiatives, guiding governance and delivery of major change across the organisation. This role goes beyond traditional PMO leadership, focusing on practical frameworks that enable speed while maintaining control and accountability.

You will own the PMO, shape portfolio management, report to executives, and help teams adopt AI, coplits and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the PMO function, creating a lean and effective operating model aligned to the organisation's growth and transformation agenda.
• Provide executive-level oversight across the portfolio, including delivery progress, priorities, dependencies, risks, resources and financials.
• Establish clear and consistent reporting that gives leadership an accurate view of portfolio performance and enables faster decision-making.
• Help shape new ways of working as AI tools, copilots and automation become increasingly embedded across teams.
• Lead the organisational change required to support AI adoption, recognising that successful transformation will depend as much on people, behaviours and capability as it does technology.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing PMO team with a strong culture of ownership, pace and continuous improvement.
