Job summary

Causeway Technologies is seeking a Head of Strategic Programme Management Office (SPMO) in Gerrards Cross to drive AI-native delivery and strategic governance across a growing software organisation. You will shape the SPMO operating model, lead portfolio reviews, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate transformation while maintaining delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading a PMO/SPMO in a technology-driven, rapidly growing organisation.
Proven track record delivering portfolio governance and reporting at pace in complex environments.
Experience building intake/front door processes with SLAs, accountability frameworks, and proportionate governance.
Experience engaging and influencing senior leadership with credibility and impact.
Exposure to AI-native delivery and governance patterns.

Responsibilities

Define and own the SPMO operating model, ensuring outcome-focused governance for AI-native delivery.
Lead portfolio reviews and governance forums with scalable models as the organisation grows.
Drive transformation leadership and change management to support AI-first working.
Establish success metrics for AI-native projects, monitoring risk and progress.
