Job summary

Causeway Technologies in Gerrards Cross is seeking a senior leader to shape the SPMO and enable Causeway’s AI-native operating model. You will design the governance framework, drive portfolio health, and partner with executives to prioritise strategic work.

You will lead a growing team, implement rapid experimentation through learning gates, and build capability for AI-assisted delivery. Strong communication and change leadership are essential in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a PMO/SPMO in a technology-driven organisation undergoing rapid growth or transformation.
• Ability to design intake/front-door processes with SLAs and proportionate governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SPMO operating model with AI-native delivery in mind.
• Lead portfolio reviews and governance forums, tracking actions and outcomes.
• Partner with executive leadership on portfolio health, risks and priorities.
• Drive transformation leadership and change management across the organisation.
