Job summary

ICS AI Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Transformation Lead to guide an AI programme for local government. You will coordinate delivery teams, manage governance and ensure delivery of GenAI platforms across channels such as web, phone and email.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO or project management, PRINCE2 Foundation, and strong stakeholder management in a public sector context. Hybrid remote work around Renfrewshire, UK available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a PMO or project management role.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification; Practitioner and ITIL Foundation desirable.
• Strong PRINCE2 Agile SCRUM experience across multiple workstreams.
• Experience delivering software solutions in local government or public sector.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent workstreams and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and represent the company on steering groups.
• Manage all elements of PRINCE2 Agile lifecycle for AI transformation programmes.
• Coordinate technical implementation teams across concurrent workstreams.
• Oversee budgets, resourcing, risk, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide client communications, status reporting and governance reviews.
• Ensure quality through test plans and change control.
• Create and maintain Project Initiation Documentation, RAID logs and plans.
• Deliver governance, benefits realisation and BI outputs.
• Plan resources to maximise billable utilization.
• Gather requirements and provide consultancy to stakeholders.
• Support PMO initiatives for continuous improvement.
