Job summary

BAE Systems in the UK is recruiting a Project Management Systems & Tools - SME based at Portsmouth, with hybrid working options available. The role sits in the IT Project, Information & Data team and provides specialist guidance on PM processes, tools and data across the business.

You will support system enhancements, resolve issues, and work with stakeholders to embed new ways of working while ensuring effective project delivery and timely UAT execution.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of project management processes, tools and governance across the business.
• Ability to analyse issues, identify improvements and implement solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience with UAT scripts, scenarios, evidence and sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Represent PM knowledge as SME and report to the Business Capability Lead.
• Maintain and improve PM systems, processes and data.
• Support ELS, incident/defect resolution and design/build/test requests.
• Provide cross-functional support and advisory across the business.
