Working within the IT Project, Information & Data team, this role acts as the link between Project Management and IT, ensuring project management systems, tools and processes are effectively supported and continuously improved across the business. The SME provides specialist guidance to users, supports system enhancements and change initiatives, helps resolve issues, and works closely with stakeholders to embed new ways of working.
The team is a cross functional team with 50-60 people and sits centrally within Defence Solutions - Maritime Services ensuring all areas of the Business are covered and supported with any IT system change that needs to be embedded. They also support data changes and offer advice and guidance to Business users about core system processes, enhancements and data visualisation.
