Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting Customer Service Assistants to support customers at Plymouth Station during planned railway engineering works.

You will greet passengers, provide travel information, direct to replacement bus services, and help maintain a safe and welcoming station environment. Shifts include AM/PM slots with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour, and availability on multiple dates is required.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 years or over.
• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Able to commit to all required working dates.
• physically fit to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Meeting and greeting customers as they enter and leave the station.
• Assisting customers with travel information and general enquiries.
• Supporting passengers who require additional assistance.
• Helping customers locate replacement bus services.
• Maintaining a safe station environment.
• Providing a friendly, professional and approachable service at all times.
