Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant at Didcot Parkway Station to support customers during planned railway engineering works. You’ll be the first and last contact, helping with information, directions and replacement bus services while ensuring passenger safety. Flexible shift times and a festive assignment.

Pay rate is £13.45 per hour. You must be available for all listed dates and live locally or have reliable transport to the station.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Able to commit to all required working dates.
• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers as they enter and leave the station.
• Assist customers with travel information and general enquiries.
• Support passengers who require additional assistance.
• Help customers locate replacement bus services.
• Maintain a safe station environment.
• Provide a friendly, professional and approachable service at all times.
