Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customers at Exeter St Davids Station during planned railway works. You will greet customers, provide travel information, assist those needing extra help, and help locate replacement bus services while ensuring safety and a friendly service.

Shifts run 08:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 with potential additional patterns; applicants must live locally or have reliable transport to Exeter St Davids.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Have good spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Be able to commit to all required working dates.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers as they enter and leave the station.
• Assisting customers with travel information and general enquiries.
• Supporting passengers who require additional assistance.
