Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to support customers at Swindon Station during planned railway works. You will be the first contact for directions, information and safety, while replacement bus services operate.

Shift times are 08:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, with dates 27–30 Nov 2026 and 24 Dec 2026–3 Jan 2027. Applicants must live locally or have reliable travel to Swindon.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Able to commit to all required working dates.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet customers as they enter and leave the station.
• Assist customers with travel information and general enquiries.
• Support passengers who require additional assistance.
• Help customers locate replacement bus services.
• Maintain a safe station environment.
• Provide a friendly, professional and approachable service at all times.
