You will deliver plumbing/heating supplies, assist customers on the trade counter, and handle inquiries by phone and email. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a willingness to learn and perform warehouse tasks as needed.

The role is based in a brand new Leicester branch, offering a 40-hour week with some rota Saturdays and strong benefits beyond salary.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience is essential.
• Proficient computer skills to assist customers and process orders.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to a diverse role.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

Aufgaben

• Driving a van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers in the local area.
• Serving customers on the trade counter with product recommendations.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
• Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders.
• Maintaining high standards in the branch.
