Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer/Trainer for an on-site role, offering £35-£46 per hour inside IR35. The position is a 6-month rolling contract and commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Hereford, Swindon, Worcester and surrounding areas.

The role involves delivering high-quality teaching and practical training in the plumbing sector, assessing apprentices, and mentoring learners to help them achieve their qualifications and potential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in plumbing.
• Current or previous industry experience in plumbing or similar industries.
• Teaching qualification required.
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous.
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

Plumbing Lecturer / Trainer

Are you an experienced plumbing Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced plumbing professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You’ll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training or Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role
