Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Plumber / Facilities Technician for a fixed-site role located on an outdoor estate. You will perform reactive maintenance and planned works on heating, hot water, pumps and pipework to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Fixed Site; Commutable from: Okehampton, Exeter, Barnstaple, Tavistock, Bideford, Launceston, Crediton, and surrounding areas

As a result of continued ongoing requirements across their site, they are looking to add a hands-on Engineer to support building services maintenance and help keep critical systems running reliably.

In this role you will carry out reactive maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on mechanical / plumbing building services including heating and hot water systems, pumps, valves, pipework and associated plant.

This role would suit someone from a plumbing / building maintenance background looking for a permanent, fixed-location position offering stability, a great team environment and consistent long-term work.

The Role:

• Reactive maintenance, fault-finding and PPM on mechanical / plumbing building services

• Fixed site role, with participation in a 1-in-3 out-of-hours on-call rota
