Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Plumber / Facilities Technician for a fixed-site role located on an outdoor estate. You will perform reactive maintenance and planned works on heating, hot water, pumps and pipework to keep critical systems running smoothly.

We welcome applicants with plumbing or building services experience and offer stability in a long-term, site-based role with a supportive team and excellent pension arrangements.

Qualifications

• Background in plumbing, mechanical maintenance or building services maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance, fault-finding and PPM on mechanical and plumbing building services.
• Maintain heating and hot water systems, pumps, valves, pipework and related plant.
• Fixed site role with a 1-in-3 on-call out-of-hours rota.
