Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CLM Platforms Change Manager to drive strategic technology and business transformation initiatives across our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) platforms, with a strong focus on regulated applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of process and platform changes that enhance compliance, efficiency, and client experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology and business change programs impacting CLM and KYC platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end rollout of system upgrades and process enhancements.
• Define and implement frameworks to ensure seamless transition and change adoption across CLM Operations.

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping

• Develop strategic roadmaps to enhance performance, scalability, and usability of integrated CLM applications.
• Identify and implement opportunities for platform modernisation and automation, including the use of robotics and workflow optimisation.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct gap analyses and define business and technical requirements for platform enhancements.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy, planning and resource forecasting.
• Ensure accurate downstream data integration and resolve inconsistencies across multiple CLM datasets.

Business Continuity & Risk Management

• Oversee the design and testing of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP).
• Monitor and escalate project risks relating to timelines, resources, or dependencies to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within CLM/KYC environments in investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with Fenergo or similar CLM/KYC platforms.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding, regulatory compliance (AML, FATCA, MiFID II), and KYC frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in project/change management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in business process design, automation, and performance improvement.
• Experience with data integration, attribute mapping, and reconciliation across large data sets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
