Job summary

Ledgy, a modern equity management platform, is seeking an Engineering Manager for our agent and developer platform. You’ll lead a 4–6 person team, shape CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, security posture, and AI-enabled tooling powering thousands of users globally.

You’ll collaborate with our CISO, report to the Head of Engineering, and drive scalable platform capabilities, observability, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering Management with leadership of platform teams.
• 6+ years as Software Engineer or related role.
• Experience in platform, infrastructure or DevOps.
• Strong CI/CD, DevOps, and security mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 platform engineers, setting technical direction.
• Own CI/CD and Developer Experience to speed AI-agent workflows.
• Oversee Infrastructure & Observability; define SLOs and monitor production activity.
• Partner with CISO to implement security strategies for fintech deployments.
• Build AI infrastructure and agent platform foundations for safe experimentation.
