Job summary

Gigs, Inc. is seeking a senior platform engineer to drive internal platforms and AI-enabled tooling for developers and agents.

You will own the platform, CI/CD, observability, and golden paths, delivering end-to-end improvements that reduce friction for engineers and agents. You will define and govern AI enablement across the engineering org, mentor teams, and ensure we scale our platform to support new connectivity paradigms and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building internal platforms or developer tooling.
• Strong infra fundamentals: cloud platforms, IaC, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Ship the platform and golden paths; remove friction for engineers and agents.
• Lead AI enablement from experiments to infrastructure; establish guardrails for automated work by agents.
• Set engineering standards for AI adoption; measure, document, and evangelize best practices.
