Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services and embedding AI into its platform. You’ll own the foundation, shaping how engineers and agents collaborate, with a focus on scalable, observable infrastructure and a product-minded platform mindset.

You’ll drive AI enablement across engineering, mentor teams, and extend platform patterns to the wider company, enabling future growth and new connectivity paradigms.

Qualifications

• Track record building internal platforms used by multiple teams.
• Deep, practical experience with agentic AI development.
• Strong infrastructure fundamentals: cloud, IaC, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

• Ship the platform end-to-end: golden paths, CI/CD, developer environments, observability.
• Lead AI enablement from experiments to scalable infrastructure with agent-ready codebases and telemetry.
• Set standards for how engineering adopts AI and what to measure.
