Job summary

On is building a new AI & ML Platform team and seeks an AI Platform Engineer to shape the technical direction of agentic solutions.

You will partner with peers to mature scalability, observability and governance of the platform, enabling the brand to deploy AI at scale. The role suits backend/platform engineers with ML experience, MLOps or AgentOps background, and cloud familiarity. This is a fast-paced, globally distributed environment demanding strong collaboration and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with backend or platform focus.
• Experience building production-grade AI/ML platform components.
• Familiarity with MLOps or ML Platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction for agentic solutions within the AI/ML platform space.
• Architect, scale, and maintain core platform components for autonomous use cases.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to accelerate adoption of agentic workflows.
