Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to deliver customer value.
• Coach engineers, hire onboarding and performance management.
• Plan proactively, remove blockers, manage dependencies, communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with product managers to define what and how to build.
• Drive technical solution design and align with technical direction.
• Manage tech debt and support existing systems.
