Job summary

Connexions Thames Valley is looking for a Plasterer in North London to join our housing maintenance team. The role requires prior experience in social housing or a local authority setting and an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience. A full UK driving licence is required and a company van will be provided for working hours.

Job description

Title: Plasterer
Location: North London
Salary: 37,445 - 39,415
Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Requirements

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will be provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
