Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client's planned maintenance team. The role covers domestic properties with upgrades and general maintenance across East Birmingham, Tamworth and Coventry. Role is permanent with 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and a salary of £35,000.

Benefit package includes weekly pay, overtime options and productivity bonuses. CSCS, NVQ/L2 in trade, and Facefit are required; driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade (or equivalent) is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Facefit (can be arranged after start)
• Experience in plastering in social housing or private sectors valued.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Support secondary trades (flooring, plumbing, tiling, carpentry) where needed.
• Complete bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing and damp/mould treatments with safety compliance.
• Maintain excellent customer service during visits.

About the Role

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client's planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Experience in other trades to at least a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.
• Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout visits.

Requirements

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade
• CSCS Card
• Facefit (this can be sorted once started)
• Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades
