GAP Hire Solutions is recruiting a Customer Hire Controller to join our busy team supporting the Kier account. You will coordinate hire requirements, maintain accuracy in administration, and deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll process on- and off-hire requests, raise purchase orders and hire contracts, and liaise with suppliers and customer sites to ensure timely supply of plant and equipment. The role emphasizes strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
• Good IT skills, with the ability to learn and use internal systems.

Aufgaben

• Process customer on- and off-hire requests accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Raise purchase orders and hire contracts using internal systems, liaising with suppliers and customer sites to arrange the supply of plant and equipment.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve issues and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure supplier paperwork relating to hires is accurate and complete, while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customer sites and internal teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and work within agreed deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment.
