GAP Group Limited, the UK's leading equipment hire provider, is seeking a Customer Hire Controller to join GAP Hire Solutions supporting the Kier account. You\'ll coordinate hire requirements, manage enquiries, and ensure accurate administration.

In this busy role you\'ll raise POs and hire contracts, liaise with suppliers and sites, monitor deliveries, resolve issues and maintain strong relationships. A proactive, detail-oriented team player is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Hire Desk, Plant Hire, Customer Service or Administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise workload, work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, with the ability to learn internal systems.

What We're Looking for

• Previous experience in a Hire Desk, Plant Hire, Customer Service or Administration role is desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• The ability to prioritise your workload, work independently and contribute as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, with the ability to learn and use internal systems proficiently.
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to work.
• Plant hire or construction industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
