Oliver's Hire Solutions is seeking a Plant Hire Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Northampton. You will oversee the hire and off-hire of plant and equipment, ensuring high-quality service to clients and suppliers while maintaining precise records.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. You will use our plant hire software and collaborate with managers to meet demand and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant hire or construction is desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good maths and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hire and off-hire of plant and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers and clients to arrange and monitor hire activities.
• Record all hire transactions and activity in the plant hire software.
• Provide regular Live Hire reports to clients weekly.
• Maintain plant documentation, certificates, inspections, and compliance records.
